Join the Seniors for lunch at Vinny’s Italian Grill, Wednesday, August 13th at noon at 20 Plantation Drive, Suite 135, Fredericksburg, Va, 22406.
Children’s Ministry end of the summer Pool Party will be held on Sunday, August 17th at 1:00pm at 156 Rocky Run Road, Fredericksburg, Va, 22406. Pizza, chips and drinks will be provided. Bring your family and be prepared to swim.
Cornerstone will have a 5th Sunday potluck luncheon on August 31st following the 2nd service. Please bring a dish to share and an outdoor game if you would like. A sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board outside of the sanctuary.
Opportunities To Serve
- Volunteers are needed in the nursery for both 9:45am and 11:15am services, contact Terrie Green at tgreen@cssbchurch.org
- The Usher Ministry needs men and women for either service on Sunday mornings, contact John Lippincott at usherministry@cssbchurch.org
- The Women’s ministry needs a leader! If you love organizing events with a group and having fun, please consider volunteering! Bible studies, luncheons, craft nights, game nights and even a retreat have been events of the past. Do you have great ideas? This is an opportunity to refresh it and put a new spin on things! Please email the church office if this is something that sounds fun.
